Roles and responsibilities of the teacher

1.     Signs in and out

2.     Attends the morning assembly

3.     Deals with attendance issues

4.     Does bus duty

10. Attend a meeting

I surprised that teacher have many roles and responsibilities not just teaching the students. Also I shocked teacher must be with the student In playground and watch them. Which is delighted me that the students are save in the school teachers are take care of them all the time and l learned how I can take care of the students and deal with them. Teacher used a good strategy of teaching she memories what the students learn with her after that ask students about new topic what they know already and what they want to know then she teach them about the new topic. Also teacher have a great discipline strategy  if any student did not listen to her she didn’t let him to play at the free center time.
